Tiana Sandh has been singing with Sisters Of Sound since 2011 and joined In A Chord as Lead in May of 2013. She directed Sisters Of Sound on the contest stage for the first time at the 2014 Area Convention and Contests where the chorus qualified to compete at the international level! After two years of co-directing with Shannon Elswick, Tiana is now the full-time director of Sisters Of Sound. In her first solo debut on the contest stage, Sisters Of Sound continued to improve their scores and again qualified to compete at the Harmony, Inc. International Convention and Contests.

Shannon Elswick is the founding director of Sisters of Sound. He has since relinquished his position as director and is now resident coach for the chorus.

In addition to directing various men's and women's barbershop choruses over the past 30 years, Shannon is the founder and Co-Director of Sound Sensation, a local affiliate chorus of the Contemporary A Cappella Society (CASA).

Shannon has been certified as a judge in Interpretation and Presentation and enjoys coaching as well as performing. He is a past president of the Barbershop Harmony Society. He also serves on a number of local, regional, and state boards.

He is married to his best friend, Becky. They have 3 sons, two daughters-in-law,  three grandsons, and a beautiful new granddaughter.

Shannon is a retired healthcare executive and enjoys tennis, scuba diving, skiing, and singing, not necessarily in that order.
